CLASS: CBA 224 - Succession PlanningWhen your superintendent leaves, will your board face a leadership vacuum or will you have a succession plan in place? This highly interactive course will provide board members with the tools to plan and prepare for a change in superintendents and specifically address three different situation: the unexpected emergency, the transitional situation and the anticipation of change.
